Shipping charges
- Free shipping: On all orders above ₹1,000.
- Flat rate: ₹99 for orders below ₹1,000.
- COD fee: ₹50 additional for Cash on Delivery.
Processing time
Pran-pratishthit items: 1–3 business days (until Sri Rudransh completes the consecration).
Other items: 1 business day.
Delivery time
After processing, estimated delivery times:
- Delhi NCR, Haryana, Rajasthan: 2-3 business days
- Metro cities (Mumbai, Kolkata, Bangalore, Chennai): 3-5 business days
- Rest of India: 5-7 business days
- Remote areas: 7-10 business days

Tracking
You will receive a tracking number on WhatsApp and email as soon as your order ships.
Special packaging
All pran-pratishthit items are wrapped in red cloth, protected with bubble wrap, and packed in sturdy boxes. Yantras are purified with mantra-charged water.
In case of damage
Please record an unboxing video when you receive the package. If there is any damage, send the video on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery — full replacement/refund will be issued.
