Grihasth Tantra provides religious / spiritual items (rudraksha, yantras, kavach, mala) and ritual services (puja, havan, jaap). These services are cultural and traditional in nature — no health, financial, or legal outcomes are guaranteed.
2. Pricing & payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and GST-inclusive.
- We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, netbanking, and wallets via Razorpay.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available (₹50 additional fee).
3. Orders & acceptance
Placing an order is an offer. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order — especially if items are unavailable, pricing errors exist, or payment verification fails.

5. Refunds & returns
See our Refund Policy. Pran-pratishthit items cannot be returned unless damaged on delivery.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by the customer.
8. Dispute resolution
Any dispute will first be attempted to be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, jurisdiction lies with the courts of Haryana, India.
